All buildings are constructed on 4×6 lifetime skids (or beams) not 2×4 or 2×6 skids. All our joist are counter sunk into the skids for durability. All our portable buildings are constructed with hurricane clips both top and bottom. We use tongue and groove plywood in our high end buildings and not particle board.
